Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate in Fort Walton Beach to support receiving and merchandising standards, assist Associates, and ensure efficient store operations. You will help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, and coordinating with the Coordinator on Duty to keep goods moving and to meet store goals. Prior retail experience and flexibility preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience or equivalent.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean store.
• Organize backroom and replenish stock.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise accurately.
• Coordinate with the Coordinator on Duty for efficient flow.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Promote safety and adhere to policies.
