Job summary

Responsibilities include coordinating truck deliveries, tagging and stocking merchandise, and supporting the store team to meet goals. The role requires flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to lift items as needed.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects.
• Superior communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure efficient flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintains and upholds merchandising philosophy and signage standards.
• Promotes safety awareness and maintains a safe environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
