Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a dedicated retail associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering exceptional customer service. You will help maintain a clean, organized store and support the team with training and guidance.

Responsibilities include prioritizing tasks, coordinating with the management team, and ensuring compliance with store policies. Previous retail and leadership experience preferred; ability to lift heavy objects and adapt to schedule changes

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience preferred.
• 6 months of leadership experience.
• Able to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure efficient processing.
• Engage with customers to provide excellent service and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured and coded and replenished on the sales floor.
• Coordinate with management to optimize flow of goods and priorities.
