Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a team-oriented associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards. You will ensure associates are processing efficiently, assist customers, and maintain a clean, organized store.

The role emphasizes strong customer service and collaboration with coordinators and management. You must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, and be capable of lifting heavy objects as needed.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodations.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing the processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains all organizational, cleanliness and recovery standards for the backroom area.
