Job summary

TJX Companies is hiring for a Store Associate at our Austin location. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing by Associates while delivering an excellent customer experience.

You’ll train teammates, maintain clean stock areas, and support store operations to keep merchandise moving to the sales floor. Ideal candidates are flexible, with strong communication and multitasking abilities, and at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards to ensure Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Provide an excellent customer experience by engaging with customers and keeping the store clean and organized.
• Mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; train as needed.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured and coded; coordinate with management on flow of goods to sales floor.
• Monitor team productivity and coach as necessary; rotate back stock for replenishment; maintain signage and backroom standards.
