Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring a retail associate to support receiving, merchandising, and daily store operations at our Cincinnati location. You will engage customers, maintain organized backrooms, and help drive a positive shopping experience.

You’ll train and mentor fellow associates, ensure accurate tagging and stock flow, and assist management with priorities. This role requires a flexible schedule including nights/weekends and reliable teamwork.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.

• Experience training others.
• At least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months in a leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient store flow.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles and processes.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, secured, and coded correctly.
• Coordinate with management to prioritize tasks and improve productivity.
• Support store goals including shrink reduction and safety initiatives.
