Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Macon, MO, working as an independent contractor. The role combines ongoing store support with project-based merchandising, offering a flexible schedule and competitive hourly pay of $14–$16.

You’ll stock and merchandise to brand standards, execute displays and planograms, build strong store partnerships, and report results via mobile tools. Prior retail or CPG experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges and project updates to stakeholders.
• Manage schedules and store visits to complete deliverables on time.
• Maintain high quality, professionalism and accountability across assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
