Hours vary by project and schedule is flexible within retail environments. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of building strong relationships with store teams while executing merchandising projects accurately.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout stores.
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs frequently; up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer sections for limited periods.
• Smartphone reporting: iOS 11+ or Android 2020+ devices.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and feedback using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
