Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser in Union, SC to provide ongoing store support and project-based merchandising. The role offers an independent contractor arrangement with an hourly pay range of $14–$16 and variable hours based on project needs.

You will stock, reset, and merchandise displays, ensuring planogram compliance and high-quality in-store presentation across assigned stores. Strong communication with store teams and timely reporting are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout retail environments.
• Flexibility to work project-based hours.
• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer goods is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
