Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to provide ongoing store support and execute project-based merchandising initiatives for leading brands in Pineville, MO. This independent contractor role offers flexible hours and the opportunity to directly impact the customer experience.

You will stock, merchandise, complete reports with photos via mobile tools, and build relationships with store teams.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and move throughout the retail environment for extended periods.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 lbs.
• Ability to lift objects and products up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to lift heavy objects up to 100 lbs. with assistance.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Experience in retail, merchandising, or consumer packaged goods preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
