Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to support stores in Buffalo, MO on a project-based, independent contractor basis. You will stock, merchandise, and implement displays while maintaining brand standards and delivering strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising or consumer packaged goods preferred.
• Planogram experience is a plus.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, climb, and lift up to 100 lbs with assistance.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotions with precision.
• Build and maintain relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports with photos and detailed feedback using mobile tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
