Job summary

Winston Retail is seeking a Retail Support Merchandiser to support stores in Pella, IA. This independent contractor role involves hands-on merchandising, stock replenishment, and project-based initiatives to enhance customer experiences and ensure brand standards are met.

You will work independently while building relationships with store teams, execute displays and planograms, and report results via mobile tools. Flexible hours, project-based workload, and opportunities to advance are offered.

Responsibilities

• Stock, replenish, and merchandise products to maintain brand standards and in-store presentation.
• Execute merchandising projects, displays, resets, and promotional initiatives with precision and attention to detail.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store management and associates.
• Ensure planogram compliance and maintain product placement standards.
• Complete store visit reports, including photos and detailed feedback, using mobile reporting tools.
• Effectively communicate opportunities, challenges, and project updates.
• Manage schedules and assigned store visits to ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Maintain a high level of quality, professionalism, and accountability across all assignments.
• Support large-scale merchandising and retail execution initiatives as needed.
