Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising and operational execution in-store. You will oversee truck processing, inventory routines, planogram sets, pricing integrity, and visual standards to ensure a customer-ready environment.

Responsibilities include SOP compliance, staffing coordination, and managing stock flow, Ship from Store, RTVs and ASN receiving, with a focus on in-stock levels and sales readiness.

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ability to train and develop team members.
• Experience with truck processing, planograms, and POS.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Lead truck execution, merchandising, pricing accuracy and stock flow.
• Manage Ship from Store, RTVs, ASN receiving and inventory integrity.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain safe, organized backroom and sales floor.
