• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, sorting, and floor replenishment.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee in-stock optimization routines and replenishment accuracy.
• Manage Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain clean, organized backrooms and customer-ready selling floor.
