Job summary

Samsung Electronics America is seeking a Manager of Merchandising Operations to lead end-to-end in-store merchandising initiatives, including new product launches and seasonal campaigns. You will work with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and external vendors to ensure alignment and successful outcomes.

The role requires strong project management, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class shopper experience and drive ROI for key carrier partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in project or program management in retail/tech.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects on time and within budget.
• Highly organized with strong scheduling and timeline skills.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
• Strong business acumen and budgeting experience.
• Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management of all in-store merchandising initiatives.
• Develop and execute project plans for deployment of displays, graphics, and security.
• Serve as the central point of contact with cross-functional teams.
• Proactively manage risks and keep projects on track within budgets.
• Communicate status, strategy, and plans to stakeholders.
• Oversee budget approval processes and funding for initiatives.
• Track KPIs to measure success and ROI.
