Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards and ensure Associates process efficiently and as a team.
• Engage with customers to provide an excellent experience and keep store clean and organized.
• Model exceptional customer service and create a positive customer experience.
• Organize back stock and ensure proper tagging, hanging, securing, and coding of merchandise.
• Communicate with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Monitor productivity and coach the team as needed.
