Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. in Rutland, VT, is hiring a Store Associate to execute receiving and merchandising standards, support a fast-paced team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will help with truck deliveries, tagging and stocking merchandise, and maintain store cleanliness and safety while applying our policies. Candidates should have 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months in a leadership role, with strong communication, organization, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure efficient processing of merchandise onto the sales floor.
• Maintain clean and organized store and backroom areas.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, secure, and code merchandise accurately.
• Communicate with management to ensure flow of goods and priorities.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety standards.
