Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a retail leader in Frisco, TX to support store operations and drive daily execution. You will assist the Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs, ensure service standards, and provide coverage as Manager-on-Duty.

You will also lead stockflow processes, merchandising, and inventory integrity, collaborating with store leadership. With 3+ years of retail leadership, you will coach team members, uphold loss prevention practices, and execute ad sets

Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort and move merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and align staffing with business needs.
• Execute SISO routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and stockroom.
• Manage inventory control, pricing changes, and ship-from-store processes.
• Train and develop team members and strengthen Asset Protection practices.
