HomeGoods in Duluth, MN is seeking a retail team member to execute receiving and merchandising standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will train associates, maintain organized backstock, and support store operations to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; prior retail and leadership experience is valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing.
• Provides an excellent customer experience through engagement and service.
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded.
• Maintains backroom organization and recovery standards.
• Supports store priorities and communicates progress with management.
• Promotes safety and adheres to labor laws and policies.
• Assists in shrink reduction initiatives.
