Job summary

TESO LIFE in Duluth, GA seeks a Home Goods Team Lead to manage merchandising and replenishment in snacks and grocery areas while coaching staff. Ensure accurate pricing, organized displays, and top-notch customer service.

Under store leadership, oversee daily tasks, stockroom cleanliness, expiration checks, and support promotions and new product displays to elevate the shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or higher.
• Experience in retail or related service industries preferred; training possible.
• Knowledge of merchandising, replenishment, price labeling and expiration management.
• Strong execution, responsibility, customer service, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage stocking, front-facing displays, organization, and shelf fullness.
• Ensure price labels and signage are accurate and current.
• Address out-of-stocks, misplacement, or price errors promptly.
• Handle replenishment, recovery, FIFO rotation, and product put-away.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with adjustments.
• Maintain clear aisles during replenishment.
• Support display adjustments for new products and promotions.
• Check expiration dates and manage near-expiration items.
• Remove spoiled or unsafe products immediately.
• Assist with stockroom receiving and organization.
• Provide customer service and product recommendations.
• Coach and supervise team members on processes.
• Complete work records and reporting timely.
• Report issues to managers and drive corrective actions.
