Job summary

• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Oversee in-stock optimization, replenishment accuracy and sales readiness.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing skill-building.
