• Guides members on self-service technology and product choices.
• Locates merchandise and resolves member issues according to company guidelines.
• Supervises associates, assigns duties, trains, and evaluates performance.
• Maintains safety of the facility and ensures proper merchandising, pricing, and cleanliness.
