Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist management with supervising associates, assigning duties, and providing direction on member service
• Promote membership, process memberships and upgrades, and encourage renewals
• Assist members with purchases, locate merchandise, and guide self-checkout processes
• Oversee area operations including returns, merchandising, floor organization, and cleanliness
• Handle cash operations, deposits, and reporting in line with company policy
• Develop and enforce processes to meet business needs and support Open Door Policy compliance
