Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs, guiding and supporting self-service technology, and assisting with purchases.
• Supervises associates, assigns duties, trains staff, and supports open-door policy and recruitment processes.
• Receives and stocks supplies, maintains sales floor, and documents required paperwork.
• Ensures safety and proper handling of materials, equipment, and hazardous items.
• Maintains product presentation, signage, pricing, and inventory controls; reduces shrink and damages.
• Monitors product quality, rotation, code dating, recalls, sanitation, and merchandising across departments.
• Leads teams, coordinates duties, and fosters adaptability to changes.
• Oversees club pick-up orders and ensures correct staging per policy.
• Collaborates with management to implement processes addressing business needs.
• Promotes compliance with ethics and integrity policies and live up to Walmart values.
