Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is hiring for a full-time Sam's Club associate.

You will deliver member service, assist customers with self-service technology, help shoppers make informed decisions, and support product availability on the sales floor. You will supervise and train associates, coordinate duties, ensure safety, handle merchandising, pricing, returns, and cleanliness, and participate in recruiting and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying member needs; assisting with self-service technology and purchases.
• Supervises associates, assigns duties, trains staff, and supports scheduling and coaching.
• Receives and stocks supplies; maintains sales floor and product displays.
• Maintains facility safety and follows hazardous materials handling procedures.
• Manages merchandising, signing, pricing, returns, shrink control, and cleanliness of all departments.
• Monitors product quality, rotations, recalls, and sanitation standards.
• Leads teams, coordinates work, and adapts to change.
• Oversees club pickup order selection and staging.
• Develops processes with managers and partners to meet business needs and drive improvements.
• Upholds ethics and integrity, supports Open Door Policy and compliant operations.
