Job summary

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a Merchandising Manager in Anchorage to lead day-to-day store operations, ensuring a high-quality shopping experience. You will oversee selling floor maintenance, recovery, fitting rooms, sizing, and overall merchandising standards while coaching teams for strong results.

You will monitor sales, guide the floor team, coordinate promotions, and ensure accurate pricing and ticketing. A leadership presence and collaboration with district management are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience in off-price, big box, or similar multi-unit retail.
• Experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily sales performance using available reports and guide staff accordingly.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and pricing accuracy.
• Oversee floor moves, merchandise displays, and planogram adherence.
• Act as Manager on Duty to lead customers and staff and drive store results.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
