Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail management experience in off-price, big-box, specialty, or large multi-unit retail.
• Experience using scheduling and reporting computer software.
• Flexibility to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor store sales performance daily using available reports.
• Guide floor supervisor and receiving team to move merchandise efficiently from receiving to floor.
• Coordinate promotions, floor sets, and pricing accuracy on store merchandise.
• Oversee floor moves, displays, and adherence to merchandising guidelines.
• Provide leadership as MOD and support staffing, sourcing, and training needs.
• Communicate with District and Regional management teams.
