Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management experience at an off-price, big-box, specialty, or multi-unit retailer.
• Experience in fashion apparel merchandising.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily store sales performance using available reports.
• Guide floor supervisors and associates to optimize product flow and pricing.
• Coordinate floor sets, promotions, and accurate ticketing.
• Assist Store Manager with staffing, sourcing, training, and succession planning.
• Act as MOD to lead by example and drive results.
