Job summary

Five Below in Buckeye, AZ is seeking an energetic hourly leader to oversee stock receipt, display setup, and daily store operations. You will supervise associates, drive sales, and ensure customer service excellence while maintaining corporate standards.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversees the receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock for quick placement on the sales floor.
• Manages setup and maintenance of displays and promotional signage per corporate guidelines.
• Responsible for opening/closing the store, cash security, doors, alarms, and daily operations.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, overseeing store operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures performance standards.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies, product knowledge, and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
• Executes market plan by arranging products and signage per corporate guidelines.
