Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively.
• Engage customers to provide an excellent shopping experience and keep the store clean and organized.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles; ensure proper tagging and placement.
• Communicate with leadership to ensure smooth flow of goods to the sales floor and adherence to plan.
