Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Capable of multi-tasking
• Team player with peers and supervisors
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation
• Able to train others
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards and ensures Associates process efficiently and effectively
• Engages with customers to provide an excellent experience and maintains a clean, organized store
• Orchestrates truck delivery and prioritizes processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and coded
• Communicates with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure flow of goods to sales floor
• Monitors productivity and coaches as necessary
• Maintains back stock organization and replenishment
• Upholds merchandising signage standards and safety programs
• Adheres to labor laws and company policies
