Job summary

Walmart Sam's Club in Lufkin, TX is seeking a Retail Associate to provide member service, acknowledge needs, and guide purchases using self-service technology while assisting with merchandise and checkout. You will support management in supervising coworkers and maintaining safety and merchandising standards on the sales floor.

Additional duties include assisting with club pickup orders, inventory control, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 6 months retail experience AND 6 months customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding purchases.
• Assist in supervising associates and coaching in service approaches.
• Maintain safety and merchandising on the sales floor and handle claims/returns.
• Oversee club pickup orders and ensure proper staging and inventory control.
