Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging needs and guiding self-service technology; assisting with purchasing decisions and locating merchandise.
• Assist management with supervising associates, training, and ensuring compliance with policies.
• Receive and stock supplies, organize the sales floor, and complete required documentation.
• Maintain safety on the facility by conducting safety sweeps and following hazardous-material handling procedures.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, signing, and display setup; manage returns and shrink control.
• Lead teams by coordinating work, giving feedback, and promoting a culture of integrity.
