Responsibilities

• Lead SOP adherence and company programs to ensure compliance
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership
• Oversee truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor replenishment
• Plan workload and staffing with store leadership to meet business needs
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and signage across sales floor
• Manage Ship-from-Store fulfillment, RTVs, and ASN receiving
• Handle inventory control, shrink reduction, and stock movement
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and ongoing development
• Partner on Asset Protection practices to minimize loss
