Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to keep goods flowing to the sales floor.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Maintain proper tagging, hanging, and coding of merchandise.
• Coordinate with the Duty Coordinator to ensure efficient store operations.
• Support store shrink reduction goals and safety programs.
