Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience

Responsibilities

• Executing receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates are processing efficiently and effectively
• Engaging with customers to ensure an excellent experience and maintaining a clean, organized store
• Role modeling exceptional customer service
• Organizing back stock and ensuring items are tagged, hung, and coded
• Communicating with the Coordinator on Duty to ensure smooth flow of goods
• Coaching Associates on merchandising principles and store procedures
• Promoting safety, labor policies, and adherence to company programs
• Training and mentoring associates; supporting shrink reduction goals
• Other duties as assigned
