You’ll work with Associates to ensure a smooth flow of goods from truck delivery to the sales floor. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail experience and 6 months of leadership, strong communication, multitasking ability, and teamwork.

• Superior communication and organizational skills.
• Capable of multi-tasking and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards while ensuring Associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a positive customer experience through engaging interactions and a clean, organized store.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Coordinate with management to ensure timely flow of goods to the sales floor.
• Uphold safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies and procedures.
