Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to direction.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards.
• Ensure Associates process efficiently and provide a great customer experience.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising principles.
• Tag, hang, and code merchandise and maintain backstock.
• Communicate with Coordination to ensure flow of goods to sales floor.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization per plan.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Support safety, labor laws, and program adherence.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs; assist shrink reduction goals.
