Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring at our Butler, PA location. You will execute receiving and merchandising standards, ensuring efficient processing and a superior customer experience.

You’ll lead by example, train associates, and maintain organized backrooms while upholding store standards and safety. The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and the ability to lift heavy objects.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Ability to work nights and weekends.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Execute receiving and merchandising standards to ensure associates process efficiently and effectively.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and prioritize merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Train and mentor associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is properly tagged, hung, secured, and stocked on the floor.
• Maintain backroom organization, cleanliness, and replenishment processes.
• Promote and uphold customer service excellence and store standards.
