TJ Maxx is seeking a retail team member to support receiving and merchandising, delivering an outstanding customer experience while maintaining a clean, organized store. You will train Associates, manage merchandise flow, and help ensure accurate tagging and placement on the sales floor.

The role requires flexibility to work nights and weekends, strong communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. 1 year retail and 6 months leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Superior communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.
• Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without accommodation.
• Able to train others.
• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.

Responsabilités

• Executes receiving and merchandising standards to ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Creates a positive customer experience and maintains clean, organized store areas.
• Trains and mentors associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensures merchandise is properly tagged, hung, coded, and replenished on the floor.
• Monitors productivity and helps drive store goals and promotions.
