Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and maintain store standards.
• Orchestrate truck delivery and merchandise flow to the selling floor.
• Train and mentor Associates on merchandising and processing principles.
• Ensure merchandise is tagged, hung, and coded correctly.
• Communicate with management to ensure efficient operations.
• Monitor team productivity and provide coaching as needed.
• Maintain back stock organization and replenishment.
• Uphold signage and merchandising standards.
• Support safety and adherence to labor policies.
