Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience
• 6 months of leadership experience
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends
• Able to lift heavy objects as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience
• Trains and mentors Associates on merchandising and processing principles
• Orchestrates truck delivery, prioritizing processing of merchandise onto the sales floor
• Maintains merchandise tagging, hanging, securing, and coding
• Maintains backroom organization and signage standards
• Ensures safety, cleanliness, and recovery standards in the backroom
• Assists in achieving store plan and labor goals
• Communicates with management to set priorities and provide progress updates
• Supports store shrink reduction programs
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Other duties as assigned
