Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 6 months of retail experience.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide member service by acknowledging members and identifying needs, guiding self-service technology and assisting with purchases.
• Assist management in supervising associates and coordinating workloads and coaching on service approaches.
• Maintain sales floor, stock, signage, pricing, and displays per company policies; handle returns and damaged goods.
• Promote Walmart and Sam's Club products, policies, and ethical standards; participate in team projects and process improvements.
