Michaels is hiring at the San Antonio store to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and ensure a fast, accurate checkout experience. Team members help customers locate products, participate in BOPIS and SFS, and keep the store well stocked and welcoming.

You’ll unload trucks, organize merchandise, follow SOPs, and promote the Rewards program. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and creating a positive image for Michaels in a fast-paced retail environment.

Competenze

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions (in-store).
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards; enroll customers.
