The Michaels Companies in San Antonio, TX, is seeking a Store Team Member to provide friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure fast checkout. You will unload trucks, stock merchandise, and maintain planograms to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

You will engage customers with the benefits of loyalty programs, participate in omni-channel processes like BOPIS and SFS, and support store recovery while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Lifting heavy boxes and reaching high shelves by ladder.

Responsabilités

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout with cash handling.
• Promote Michaels Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards.
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planograms.
• Support store recovery and in-stock conditions.
