• Ability to lead and develop a team in a fast-paced store.
• Strong workload planning, inventory control, and SOP adherence.

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck execution, merchandise flow, and stock replenishment.
• Maintain planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and pricing integrity.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and frontline store leadership.
• Train, coach, and develop team members.
