• Minimum of 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Experience driving merchandising and store operations.
• Ability to manage inventory accuracy and in-stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure adherence to policies, conditions, and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and floor flow.
• Own workload planning and staffing alignment with leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization (SISO) routines for replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment.
• Manage inventory control, ordering, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and timely.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ASN receiving.
• Manage RTVs and inventory adjustments.
• Handle damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and coach team members through onboarding and skill-building.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices.
