Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in enforcing SOPs and company programs.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain store conditions.
• Lead truck processing, unloading, sorting, and merchandise flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and align staffing with business needs.
• Oversee Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Execute and maintain planograms and visual merchandising standards.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and timely promo execution.
• Oversee Ship-from-Store, RTVs, and ASN receiving processes.
• Manage store damages procedures and shrink reduction.
• Train and develop team members through onboarding and coaching across departments.
