Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards with accountability across the team.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership.
• Lead truck execution, unloading, sorting, and merchandising flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization to maintain in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram execution and visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment, including backroom and sales floor recovery.
• Manage inventory control and process RTVs and ASN receiving with accuracy.
• Oversee ad sets, pricing changes, and ship-from-store fulfillment.
• Support shrink reduction through asset protection practices.
