Job summary

Staples in Westminster, MD is seeking a Retail Merchandising & Inventory Supervisor to drive in-store merchandising, inventory controls, back-room operations and customer service while coaching the team. You will handle planograms, stock and salesfloor presentation in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail merchandising and inventory management.
• Proven ability to coach a team and supervise others.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Able to lift and move materials up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory controls such as returns and reserve online orders.
• Unload trucks, sort stock and maintain stock levels.
• Execute weekly planograms and seasonal merchandising changes.
• Engage customers with selling skills and present solutions.
• Maintain a neat, inviting store and perform cashier tasks when needed.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled.
• Flexibly perform other duties as assigned.
